Equipped with the latest technical means, through which in the case of registration or any case of emergency (such as burglary, violation of space, the call for help, fire, etc…) allows rapid and timely response.
In order to achieve a higher level of security services Operations Center a constant connection to the teams of emergency maintains a constant connection to the teams of emergency on the entire territory of Serbia who are also engaged 24 hours, every day during all year and coordinates their work.
As we mentioned previously, our teams are trained as well for emergency interventions and are equipped with the necessary means of connection and motor vehicles.
All this is achieved by using own radio network (RATEL have permission for the use of frequencies and two repeaters on the area of Belgrade), networked mobile phones and GPS system (system for satellite monitoring and tracking vehicles in real time).
The Operations Center performs receiving and reviewing all kinds of information obtained from related technical systems for analysis and spreading of information and reports to the client.
